辅导员s are available to come to your classroom to do a quick class visit to share information about 咨询服务 as a resource. We are also available to provide workshops for your class on topics such as stress management, 应对技能, 和焦虑. Please feel free to email or call us to schedule and discuss your needs.
If you are unsure about referring a student, we encourage you to look for some warning signs:
- Increased alcohol or drug use
- Withdrawal from family, friends and society
- Decrease in quality of schoolwork
- Infrequent class attendance
- Significant changes in personal hygiene
- Excessive weight gain or weight loss
- Comments that suggest thoughts about hopelessness or self-harm
